Men’s Eating Disorder and Body Image Group

I am putting together a new Men’s Eating Disorder and Body Image Group. It will be ongoing. It will be held in my office in Glendora once a week from 7pm until 8:30pm.. If you or anyone you know is interested in learning more, please call my office at 626-335-0903 and I will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join with other men struggling with some form of an eating disorder. Talking about your eating disorder in a safe supportive environment is the first step towards recovery!

1.  Isolation vs. Reaching Out

2.  Thoughts vs. Feelings

3.  Stuffing vs. Acknowledging Feelings

4.  Criticism vs. Praise

5.  Aggressive vs. Assertive Communication

6.  Emotional vs. Physical Hunger

7.  Black and White vs. Rainbow Thinking

8.  Emotional vs. Physical Hunger

Please call soon as there are only 8 slots available. We will set up a meeting at no charge to see what your needs are. 626-335-0903
