Do you make time for yourself each day; even if it’s 20 minutes? It can make such a difference in your mood. Most of us run around all day doing our responsibilities and knocking off tasks like a chicken with its head cut off.
Take a little time for yourself. It will lower your overall stress which will improve your health.
I know it feels like there’s no time but sometimes we make ourselves busier than we actually have to be. Stop and be quiet, ask yourself, “Do I really need to do this all today?”
Try making a list of all the things you do. Put them in order of priority. See what you can move around or even drop from your list. You replace those with time for yourself. Pencil it in and keep the appointment with yourself. You deserve it.
