Maybe it’s you who might benefit or maybe it’s one of your girlfriends. You know, the one who calls you to vent about what she’s going through. Or maybe you or your friends are struggling with eating and poor body image.

1. Any woman who is struggling with a relationship, divorce, grief, loss, low self-esteem, stress, career, finances, co-parenting, dating and more would be a great fit for my Women’s Support Group. We meet on Tuesday evenings in my office in Glendora from 6pm until 7:30pm. The fee is a reasonable $45 per meeting with PPO reimbursement.

2. Any women struggling with Anorexia (restricting), Bulimia, Binge Eating, Over-Eating and Over-Exercising would be a good fit for the women’s eating disorder group.

3. Any women suffering in isolation with her eating disorder and who doesn’t know how to make it stop, is a perfect fit for group.

3.The group can help you get unstuck. There is life after an eating disorder. I am proof! Let’s figure it out in group!

The Eating Disorder & Body Image Group meets on Wednesday evenings from 8pm until 9:30pm. The fee is a reasonable $45 per meeting, with PPO reimbursement.
