I think we all feel like this at times. 1. great coping skill, if you have time is to take a nap or simply go to bed for the night. Sometimes you just have to call it day and start over in the morning. Just don’t do it all the time because then you’re hiding from your feelings and probably your responsibilities. Unfortunately, your feelings won’t lesson or go away until you finish feeling them!
