Are You Ready to Come Out and Be Your Authentic Self? Counseling, San Dimas, CA

friendship

There seems to be a stream of individuals who are coming out and announcing that they are gay. This takes a lot of courage when many people are still homophobic. These people risk their careers and relationships to be authentic.

I admire these courageous individuals and hope that sooner than later society becomes more comfortable with differences. I applaud those individuals for coming out because you cannot be truly authentic and happy if you cannot accept whom you are and have others respect that as well.

In my psychotherapy practice I work with lesbian women and lesbian couples and families. If it’s time for you to come out and you want support give me a call at my office (626) 335-0903 and we can arrange a meeting. I also work with relationship issues with partners, family and friends. I teach communication skills for working on relational issues.
