Counseling for Men!

If you have been following my blogs then you may have noticed that I have not been talking about men’s issues very much. I apologize for that. I want to reach out to any male who is considering counseling, maybe for the first time.

I find that my male clients make progress in counseling quickly. I find that when males are given the tools, they are very anxious to get out there and use them in their relationships. Things usually improve one way or another.

Usually men feel a sense of relief when they find out they were thinking in a healthy way. Other times they are hungry to learn about healthy thinking and behaviors and they are willing to make some changes. We can work on a variety of issues including:

1. Self-esteem

2. Family relationships

3. Couple issues (Interestingly mostly men will call and set up a meeting for the couple.)

4. Divorce

5. Parenting

6. Work related issues

7. School related issues

8 Pre-marital counseling

9. Anxiety and Depression

10. OCD and/or Social Anxiety

11. Grief and Loss and more…

If you are a male and looking for support through counseling feel fee to call my office in Glendora. (626) 335-0903

I would be happy to explain to you how counseling works and we could get a better sense of what your needs are. I am told that I am very easy to talk to.

Not all men have someone in their life that they can be truly authentic with. It’s smart to work with a professional therapist and not be judged.

A place where you can think rationally and together we can make a plan for you going forward…
